How To Apply and Terms and Conditions of  CLS Jobs 2021?

  1. Candidates who had applied with reference to advertisement No: Info (P)910/20, dated 29/02/2020 appearing in dailies Aaj, Express, and Nai-Baat, need not apply again and the terms and condition of the present advertisement shall be applicable to them.
  2. Applications must accompany CV clearly mentioning valid Email. Contact No, Home/postal address, total & marks obtained in all educational certificates/degrees, grade, CGPA, etc., and experience, duly supported by attested copies of relevant documents. The applications must also accompany a Photocopy of CNIC, domicile certificate, and two passport size recent photographs for CLS Jobs 2021.
  3. Applications must reach at Directorate of labor (CLS Coordinator) FC Trust Building 1st Floor, Sunehri Masjid Road Peshawar Saddar within Seven working days of the first appearance of this advertisement.
  4. Candidates already in employment (government/NGOs/Private) must have prior NOC from the employer covering at least the period till June 2021 otherwise the candidate will not be considered for training and induction.
  5. Legal action will be taken against candidates, who willfully conceal employment.
  6. Preference will be given to those candidates who have relevant field experience i.e. Field survey data collection & Household data collection. CAPI & PAPI based experience, computer and tablet use experience in data collection.
  7. 1.5 marks will be given on yearly basis to those candidates who have data collection experience in field surveys (PAPI based or CAPI-Tablet based) in the particular year.
  8. The Candidates will not claim for their regularization in Government service and engagement in similar activities in the future.
  9. No. of positions may be increased or decreased as per requirements.
  10. No of days of fieldwork may be increased or decreased depending upon the workload in CLS Jobs 2021.
  11. For each position, the selection will be purely on a temporary basis and payment will be made through crossed cheque on the basis of an actual number of working days to be verified by the field supervisor/regional coordinator and countersign by BOS Field Monitors and “Director BOS/His nominee” will send it to Director Labour with covering letter for payment.
  12. Selected candidates will be informed telephonically and/ or by email to participate in the training No formal letter will be issued for the purpose.
  13. Before deployment, the candidate’s performance will be evaluated during the training, and candidates with poor performance will not be considered for deployment.
  14. Selected candidates shall be deployed anywhere in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Irrespective of the district of domicile.
  15. For out of district staff. accommodation will be provided in a normal hotel/Guest House and will be adjusted accordingly.
  16. Candidates remaining absent during training shall not be considered as trained staff and shall riot become part of the CIS.
  17. Candidate(s), who receive training and do not join fieldwork, shall not claim any remuneration for the training days.
  18. The candidates will be required to enter into an agreement that will be subject to the performance/behavior during training.
  19. our performance lateness during the survey as well as misbehavior with community/seniors shall lead to termination of contract and blacklisting for such activity in the future.
  20. Health risk insurance, food charges, and the like shall not be paid.
  21. Pick and drop facility will be strictly restricted from Guesthouse/ Hotel (Stay area of the team) to field areas.
  22. Any candidate prior or after induction, feeling aggrieved may approach the grievances committee for redressal and thereafter make an appeal to the appeal committee, whose decision shall be final and not challengeable.
  23. For the post at S No. 1, 2 & 7 payment will be made on the basis of the number of days worked in CLS Jobs 2021.
  24. As it is a time-bound activity, absentees/leaves during fieldwork will not be allowed Emergencies are exempted Team supervisor must be informed and shall inform accordingly (for completion of a team).
  25. Field timings will be from 8:00 am to till completion of assigned households.
  26. Accommodation will be provided only to staff members as per requirement, no guests/persons other than the survey team members will be allowed to stay or travel/lifts No accommodation allowance will be admissible in lieu of stay at the identified/hired hotel irrespective of the district of domicile.
  27. Strict action in accordance with the law will be taken against Team member(s) found guilty of harassment, besides termination of contract and recovery of payments made to him/her.
  28. Strict action shall be taken against a candidate(s)/team member(s) who present fake/forged documents involvement in submission of fake data collection if identify besides termination at any time during field activities, if team member, and recovery of payments.
  29. No TA/DA shall be admissible for an interview in CLS Jobs 2021.
