• The appointment is on an Adhoc basis for a period of 3 years (extendable subject to good performance) or till the availability of a regular incumbent/ selectee of the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) whichever is earlier.
• Posts are Services Institute of Medical Sciences/ Services Hospital, Lahore specific/ non-transferable. No deputation will be permissible.
• Please attach copies of CV, attested copies of domicile, valid national ID card, 02 latest photographs, and all educational certificates/degrees (from matric onwards) (in case of ‘0’ & ‘A’ Level qualifications equivalence certificate is compulsory). Copy of experience certificate(s).
• Attested a copy of the Valid PMC/PMDC Registration Certificate showing all medical degrees / postgraduate qualifications therein. A copy of the experience certificate issued by the PM&DC (where applicable).
• Foreign qualifications/ experience must be recognized by PMC/PM&DC.
• Incomplete applications and applications received after the closing date will not be entertained in any case.
• Age relaxation in upper age limit as per Govt. of the Punjab S&GAD notification i.e. 8 years for female candidates and 5 years for male candidates.
• Applicants must present original documents at the time of the interview.
• Persons already in Govt. Service should apply through the proper channel.
• Authority reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any level according to requirement.
• The selection will be made on merit as per the Rules/ Regulations of the Govt. of Punjab.
• The date and place of interviews will be communicated after shortlisting.
• No TA/DA will be admissible.
