  1. Original certificate and mark sheet with five attested photocopies of each are required in Join Pak Army As Captain Jobs 2021 test.
  2. Candidates serving in government Institutions/ Departments will render a No Objection Certificate of the concerned department.
  3. Attested photocopy of domicile is required for Join Pak Army Jobs 2022 As Captain DSSC.
  4. Photocopies of computerized National Identity Card along with verification slip obtained by NADRA.
  5. 6 x Colored photos duly attested.
  6. Crossed postal order of RS. 100/- in favor of Director General personnel Administration (DGPA), General Headquarters (GHQ) Rwp.
  7. Candidates must bring their degrees duly verified by HEC/PEC.
