How to Apply Govt Of Punjab Institute Of Blood Transfusion Service Jobs 2021

  1. The candidate will submit their application on plain paper along with two sets of attested photocopies of all relevant Academic Documents i.e. Matric Certificate, F.Sc Certificate, all Professional Certificates/Detail Marks Sheets, MBBS Degree, Valid PMDC Certificate, One Year House Job Certificate, Experience Certificates, CNIC, Domicile and 04 passport size photographs in Admin Office Dairy Section of this Institute.

  3. The Employees of Government Semi-Govemment Autonomous Body should apply through their respective department 
  4. Incomplete applications will not be entertained and no separate intimation for interview will be issued. 
  5. All candidates should bring their original documents at the time of the interview. 
  6. The Est of selected candidate will be displayed in Admin Office / Notice Board.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Only candidates having CNIC & Domicile of Punjab Districts are eligible to apply. 
  2. Age relaxation in the upper age limit will be admissible under the rules. 
  3. The appointment will be made purely on merit on an Adhoc Basis which will be Expired on 31.12-2021 and liable to be termination on account of absence / unsatisfactory performance without assigning any reason. 
  4. The Competent Authority can increase or decrease the posts without any intimation. 
  5. Candidates having experience in Blood Banking / Haematology will be preferred. 
  6. The quota is reserved for disabled and minorities as per Government Policy. 
  7. Recruitment shall be made as per Government Recruitment Rules / Policy. 
  8. No TA/DA is admissible.
